My husband is the leader of two bands here in The Villages, Florida.
The 17-piece Show Band is called The Savoys.
I painted a picture to create their logo, which has been used on cards and the bandstands.
His other band is called Savoys Party Express and is a Rock and roll Band.
Remember the Care Bears?
I painted this Care Bear mural in the playroom when we built our home, many years ago.
This is a squirrel house!! We have squirrels who come for their daily peanuts,
and we have named them Pearl and Earl Squirrel.
My husband founded a band called "The Saxophonics of South Florida."
I did the oil painting of the saxophone, and then we had posters, business cards,
and music stands made with the logo on them.
My mother made many beautiful Christmas ornaments which my children and I treasure.
I have made more to add to her collection.
